1 kg fish fillets of your preference
1/2 cup flour

Combine flour and salt into a large bowl and dip fish fillets into the mixture.
In a large pan, pour ELLATIKA Infused Olive Oil Herbs & Spices For Fish and heat on medium fire.
Fry the fish fillets until golden color is achieved.
Remove fillets from fire and place them into a paper towel. Leave aside for 2 minutes and serve.
